One New Zealand wins the SAP Best Run Award – Australia and New Zealand

One New Zealand has won the SAP Best Run Award – Australia and New Zealand, in the Intelligent ERP Enterprise category. This recognition comes from the success of the digital platform Infosys built for One NZ in record time.

The SAP Best Run Awards for ANZ celebrate the achievements of companies and people in Australia and New Zealand that use SAP products to turn insight into action, drive innovation, and transform their businesses.

Infosys along with SAP’s Cloud Success Services team implemented the full suite of SAP solutions in a record 8 months. We designed a new intelligent enterprise system that was modular, flexible, and scalable. The new system is based on the latest industry standards and designed to be integrated with One NZ's existing processes and systems. It encompasses HR, procurement, analytics, ERP, and other key business functions.

The implementation provided One NZ with a flexible and scalable platform that allowed it to adapt to changing market dynamics. This has helped improve customer experience through faster and more efficient services. With this system, One NZ is able to operate on its own with significant cost savings owing to reduced dependence on the systems of their parent company - Vodafone.
