Danske IT

Danske Bank, a leading Nordic bank, has selected Infosys as Strategic Partner to accelerate the bank’s digital transformation initiatives with speed and scale, to achieve its strategic priorities towards better customer experiences, operational excellence, and a modernised technology landscape, powered by next-gen solutions.

As part of this collaboration, Infosys has acquired Danske Bank’s IT center in India, where over 1,400 professionals are employed. With Infosys’ global expertise and Financial Services industry-solutions, it will accelerate the bank’s digital agenda by significantly enhancing their IT operations and capabilities, powered by Infosys Topaz, an AI-first set of services, solutions and platforms, experience design, and services that support operations.

BASE life science is an innovative and forward-thinking technology, product, and service consultancy company specialized in creating value from digital platforms and data. Their experienced teams optimize technology and business processes within Customer Engagement, Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, and Clinical data management for companies within the life sciences industry.

Oddity

Oddity is one of the largest independent Germany-based digital marketing, experience, and commerce agency, with more than 300 digital experts located in Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne, Belgrade, Shanghai and Taipei. Co-creating with clients, oddity craft digital solutions, brand worlds, campaigns, and liquid content for social media. The acquisition further strengthens Infosys’ creative, branding and experience design capabilities, and demonstrates its continued commitment to co-create with clients, and help them navigate their digital transformation journey. oddity brings to Infosys a comprehensive service portfolio comprising digital-first brand management and communication, in-house production, including virtual and augmented reality, experience design and e-commerce services as well as its metaverse-ready set-up across Europe. Together with Infosys’ earlier acquisition of WONGDOODY, which offers creative and marketing services, oddity will help global CMOs, and businesses thrive in a digital commerce world with complementary skills and expertise.

GEIM

Incorporated in 2013, Global Enterprise International Malaysia Sdn Bhd (GEIM) is a step-down subsidiary of Singtel and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It acts as a delivery centre to provide customer experience and technology services to Singtel.

Infosys acquired 100% of the share capital of Global Enterprise International Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to bolster Infosys’ presence in Malaysia, a strategic delivery and sales hub in South East Asia for global clients. This move also aligns with Infosys’ long-term strategy for Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) vertical including platform led transformation of Customer and Service Experience for clients.

Carter Digital

This acquisition demonstrates Infosys’ commitment to innovate for its clients, and make a meaningful impact on human lives by combining cutting-edge technologies and experiences to revolutionize patient care, treatment, diagnostics and consumer health across the world.

Kaleidoscope Innovation brings to Infosys a diverse talent pool with extensive knowledge of design and engineering. The company leverages a deep understanding of clinical environments, strong product development capabilities across domains, and a consultancy-style approach addressing human factors, product design, UI/UX design, research & insight, development and visualization. It serves a marquee and diversified customer base with state of the art, in-house labs, 3D design environments and customer experience centers.

GuideVision

GuideVision, one of the largest ServiceNow Elite Partners in Europe, is an award winning enterprise service management consultancy specialised in offering strategic advisory, consulting, implementations, training and support on the ServiceNow platform. GuideVision’s end-to-end offerings, including SnowMirror - a proprietary smart data replication tool for ServiceNow instances - enables over 100 enterprise clients to simplify complex business and IT processes. GuideVision’s training academy and nearshore capabilities in Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and presence in Germany and Finland will strengthen Infosys’ ServiceNow capabilities for its clients in Europe. Through this acquisition, Infosys further enhances its digital capabilities, strengthens Infosys Cobalt portfolio of cloud services and reaffirms commitment to the growing ServiceNow ecosystem.

Simplus, a leading Salesforce Consulting and Platinum Partner, is one of the fastest growing Salesforce services provider in the USA and Australia. Simplus brings to Infosys globally recognized Salesforce expertise, industry knowledge, solution assets, deep ecosystem relationships and a broad clientele, across a variety of industries including high-tech, financial services, retail, healthcare, life sciences and manufacturing. It has offices across North America, Sydney, Melbourne, London, and a large delivery center in Manila. Eishtec

Eishtec was established in 2011 and is one of Ireland’s leading customer service providers, employing 1,400 people across Ireland. Infosys has a strategic partnership with Eishtec, that involves the transfer of Eishtec employees and business to Infosys, which will help in further enriching Infosys’ customer experience services and also demonstrates Infosys’ strategic commitment to grow in Europe. Infosys BPM Limited  purchased assets and onboarded employees of Eishtec. This asset takeover  will enable Infosys to better serve its clients in UK and Ireland, further leveraging its deep expertise in technology, analytics and digital.

Stater - Infosys and ABN AMRO strategic partnership

Infosys has entered into a strategic partnership with ABN AMRO to acquire 75% of the shareholding in Stater N.V. (Stater), a wholly owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., that offers pure-play, end-to-end mortgage administration services in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. ABN AMRO will continue to hold the remaining 25% of the shareholding.

Stater is a market leader in the Benelux region, operating across the mortgage and consumer lending value chain with deep capabilities in digital origination, servicing and collection. Stater also brings deep European mortgage expertise and a robust digital platform to drive superior customer experience. Infosys will drive the digital transformation roadmap of Stater with accelerators such as dynamic workflow, API layers, RPA and analytics.

ABN AMRO is the third largest bank in the Netherlands, headquartered in Amsterdam. This partnership strengthens Infosys’ position as a leading technology and business process management provider across the mortgage services value chain, enhancing experience and operational efficiencies.

HIPUS Co., Ltd. - Infosys, Hitachi, Panasonic and Pasona Joint Venture

Infosys formed a joint venture, HIPUS Co., Ltd., with Hitachi, Ltd., Panasonic Corporation and Pasona Inc., to strategically enhance its presence in Japan. The joint venture, formed by complementary, iconic companies coming together, will accelerate business process transformation leveraging digital procurement platforms for the local and global needs of Japanese corporations. Infosys will bring its global expertise in procurement processes, consulting, analytics and digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to the venture. Combined with Hitachi and Panasonic’s knowledge of their procurement functions and local teams, and Pasona’s human capital and BPM networks in Japan, the entity will provide differentiated, end-to-end, efficient and high value procurement capabilities to corporations.

Infosys and Temasek Joint Venture

Infosys formed a joint venture with Temasek, the global investment company headquartered in Singapore. The joint venture will integrate teams from Infosys and the operations of Temasek’s wholly owned subsidiary, Trusted Source Pte Ltd ("Trusted Source" or the "joint venture"), which currently delivers IT services to Temasek and a number of other clients. As part of the transaction, Infosys will acquire a 60% stake in the joint venture and Temasek will hold 40%. Infosys and Temasek see important synergy and strategic alignment in the joint venture. Infosys gains significant capacity in terms of workforce as it focuses on strengthening its footprint in Southeast Asia, while Temasek will see a rapid enhancement of its IT services through the augmented capabilities of the joint venture entity. The joint venture will support Temasek’s digital transformation journey, managing a complex Cloud migration program that will enable Temasek to host its applications on a cloud platform.

This acquisition represents Infosys’ commitment to the expansion of a worldwide connected network of Digital Studios. These studios are focused on fulfilling the needs of our global clients for end-to-end Digital Transformation solutions required to meet customer demand for next-generation enhanced customer experiences.

Noah Consulting

Noah Consulting, LLC is a leading provider of advanced information management consulting services for the oil and gas industry. Noah's deep domain expertise in upstream oil and gas, coupled with their tools, solution accelerators and proprietary methodologies, makes them a leader in driving strategic data management engagements. This acquisition combines Noah’s deep industry knowledge, information strategy planning, data governance and architecture capabilities with Infosys’ ability to provide technology and outsourcing services on a global scale to oil and gas clients.

Skava

Kallidus Inc. (d.b.a Skava) and its affiliate is a leading provider of digital experience solutions, including mobile commerce and in-store shopping experiences to large retail clients. The platform enables retailers to provide a mobile specific experience to their customers through an agile and flexible environment, enabling personalization and delivering customer analytics across multiple channels. The acquisition of Skava is part of Infosys’ strategy to help clients bring new digital experiences to their customers through IP-led technology offerings, new automation tools and unparalleled skill and expertise in these new emerging areas.
